I have never went wrong with Pioneer Woman's recipes. They are hearty, and man approved. However, I will agree they are not "waist friendly" most of them anyway, so I make them once in a while. Tonight I made her Lasagna. The only think I did differently was using no boil noodles (which are the bomb!) and dried parsley.. 1/8th of a cup.
